Is the charging process safe, and can I leave it charging overnight?
The scooter is equipped with an intelligent battery management system that prevents overcharging, overheating and short circuits. It’s completely safe to leave it charging overnight, which fits your daily routine perfectly.
How to maintain the 10-inch off-road tires, and what if they get punctured?
The tubeless off-road tires are made of anti-puncture rubber; just check tire pressure regularly. A spare inner tube and wrench kit are included in the package, so you can replace it easily by yourself even outdoors.
Can it handle hills and rainy days?
Yes. With 25% hill climb capacity and IPX4 water resistance, you can ride confidently in rainy weather and conquer steep slopes easily.
Is it easy to fold and carry?
The 3-step folding design allows you to fold it in seconds, and the compact size fits perfectly in car trunks and elevators, making it easy to carry and store.
Does the scooter have cruise control, and how do I activate it?
Yes, it has one-click cruise control. Just keep a steady speed for 3-5 seconds, and the cruise control will activate automatically—freeing your hands for more comfortable long-distance rides.

Yes, it comes with a 1-year standard manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Among them, 6 months of warranty applies to key components including battery, motor, controller, dashboard, charger and shock absorber. We also offer an optional extended warranty for extra peace of mind, fully protecting your purchase.
How to change the speed to 25mph (40km/h)?
The steps as follows are to adjust the top speed of the scooter:
1). Open the electric lock
2). Press the power button to turn on the scooter
3). Press and hold Power and horn buttons for 5-8 seconds to enter the mode setting interface
4). Press the horn button and the display reads P30(low-speed mode), press M to switch to P31(high-speed mode), and press S to return to P30(low-speed mode)
5). Press the power button to save the settings to high-speed mode: 15 km/h, 30 km/h, 45 km/h.
