Where is the shipping warehouse ?
We plan to ship to over 100 countries worldwide. iscooterglobal.eu For electric scooters and electric bikes we ship from our warehouse in Germany.
For accessories, sometimes they may be shipped from German warehouse or original factories due to shortages in European warehouses.
All products are free shipping. But there are some restrictions depending on the destination and shipping method. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. The default shipping company selected by iscooterglobal.eu is subject to change at any time without notice.

(1)Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on location)
Normally order will be dispatched in 1-3 business days once the payment is confirmed, 2-7 days to arrive.
(2)Accessories are free to deliver and it will take about 3-10 working days to arrive. Accessories order with our products may come in separate deliveries since it come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat or something else.

(1)Your order is guaranteed to be processed expeditiously when time permits.
(2)iscooterglobal.eu takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. However, products may be damaged in transit. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 working days after you receive the package to request a refund or return, or we will provide you with the best advice to help you. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working), take digital photos and provide detailed proof of damage to iscooterglobal.eu as this will help us process a refund for your order.
(3)Please confirm your address before payment. iscooterglobal.eu orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed. If you ask to change the address after your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. Furthermore, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by the change of address after the order has been shipped.
(4)When placing an order, please make sure you fill in the correct name, address and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
(4)Most packages are delivered within the shipping time shown on our store (business days). Delays may occur due to events beyond our control (such as weather or customs processing). Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Logistics tracking
- Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. About taxes
Tax is charged by Customs offices in the destination country based on their rules and policies. customer is responsible for finding out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
