These 11-inch off-road tires are made with tough, wear-resistant rubber, so they’re less likely to get punctured by small rocks or dirt debris. Just avoid super sharp objects (like broken glass) when you can!

IPX4 handles light splashes (like light rain or mud splatters)—so it’s safe for quick rides in light rain. But don’t ride it in heavy downpours or deep puddles, as that could damage the electronics.

45km/h is the top speed (only in off-road mode), but you can switch to slower speeds (15-25km/h) for safer off-road rides (especially on bumpy terrain). Also, check your local laws—many areas have e-scooter speed limits, so follow those in public spaces!

Off-road riding does use a bit more battery, so the actual range might be 40-50 km (depending on terrain roughness). That’s still plenty for most off-road trips—just charge it fully before heading out!

The 150kg max weight includes you and small gear (backpack, helmet bag, etc.). As long as the total stays under 150kg, the scooter will work stably even off-road!

Here are the steps for change speed:
After the scooter is started, press the M key 5 times continuously to reach 45 km/h.

If you find that the wheels make continuous sound during riding, please check whether your brake rubs the wheels.
But don't worry, it is a small problem. Could you please try to adjust the brake?

Single-click the "SET" button to switch gears in the following order: 1st gear → 2nd gear → 3rd gear → 4th gear → back to 1st gear, and so on in a loop.

Press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds to turn the ambient lights on or off.

Press and hold the "POWER" and "SET" buttons simultaneously for 1 second to enter the parameter settings menu.

With the device turned on, long press the "POWER" button to turn it off. Continue holding for 8-10 seconds, then turn the device back on to reset the accumulated total mileage.

Press and hold the "POWER" and "SET" buttons simultaneously for 1 second to enter the parameter settings menu.

P09 is for cruise control settings.
Long press the "POWER" button for 2 seconds to enter the option.
Short press either the "POWER" or "SET" button to toggle:
1: Enable cruise control
0: Disable cruise control
The default setting is disabled.

Press and hold the "POWER" and "SET" buttons simultaneously for 1 second to enter the parameter settings menu.
P99 is for restoring factory settings.
Long press the "POWER" button for 3 seconds to restore the factory settings. The system will automatically return to the riding interface after restoration.

P09 is for start mode settings.
Long press the "POWER" button for 2 seconds to enter the option.
Short press either the "POWER" or "SET" button to toggle:
1: Non-zero start
0: Zero start
The default setting is a non-zero start.
