Giveaway Rules

PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. BY ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Prize Draw begins at 12:01 AM (UTC+1) on 20 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (UTC+1) on 30 November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
There will be one (1) daily drawing, resulting in a total of eleven (11) grand prize winners, as further detailed in Section 6.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Purchase Entry:
Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualified purchase of the i8 electric scooter made on the iScooter official website (https://www.iscooterglobal.eu/) during the Promotion Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the EU countries aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, and partners of iScooter and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
iScooter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Beginning on 20 November 2025, and continuing daily through 30 November 2025, iScooter will conduct one (1) random drawing per day, selecting one (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries received on that calendar day.

For example, the winner selected for 20 November 2025 will be chosen from all valid entries received on 20 November 2025 and will be announced on 21 November 2025.

All drawings will be conducted by iScooter or its authorised representative, and decisions are final and binding.

5. PRIZES AND CONDITIONS

  • Number of Prizes: 11 Grand Prizes (1 per drawing day)

  • Prize Description: Each winner will receive one (1) i8 electric scooter or an equivalent prize of similar value.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €179.99 per unit.

Additional Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • iScooter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged prizes will not be replaced.

  • The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, registration, or usage obligations.

Chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. LIMITATIONS

  • Each participant may win only one (1) prize during the promotion period.

  • A “day” is defined as 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (UTC+1).

  • iScooter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry for any reason, including suspected fraud, non-compliance, or inaccurate information.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number used for entry within 3 business days of selection.
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of notification.

The official winner list will be posted on https://www.iscooterglobal.eu/ after verification is complete.

8. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

Personal data collected during this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with iScooter’s Privacy Policy and the EU GDPR.
Data will only be used for the administration of the Prize Draw, winner notification, and prize fulfilment, unless explicit consent has been provided for other purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

iScooter is not responsible for any:

  • Late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, or invalid entries

  • Technical or network failures

  • Delays due to customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iScooter is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of a prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of EU.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
